“Why the name Petaurum Solutions?”

“Petaurum (Pet-or-um) is Latin for springboard and this encapsulates what we are about, providing all our clients with a springboard to move them towards their business goals.”

Petaurum Solutions was born out of our founders’ passion to provide an uncomplicated, jargon-free and effective way to support companies dealing with challenging people and employment-related issues which detract from effective service delivery, hinder performance and negatively impact bottom line profitability. We know how to remove obstacles!

We provide people and commercial solutions supporting growing companies as well as those facing change.
Our Specialist Fields are the design, implementation and delivery of bespoke people and employment solutions to both Large Businesses and SME’s.
We operate throughout the UK and have experience in the International Delivery of HR and Change Management across Europe and Australia.


We believe that Successful Companies are made-up of Strong Leadership supported by engaged teams of people who are Inspired and Motivated to deliver great results every day. We believe this success is built upon a bedrock of High-quality and Sustainable People Practices, which provide our clients with a scalable platform for any Future Ventures.

We support our Community by working with a chosen Charity Partner, by sponsoring Local Sports Teams and Educational Causes, by providing work experience placements for Local Students and by working with an ethical and Sustainable Supply Chain.
