Co-founder and Director of Petaurum Solutions, Adam brings over 20 years of professional expertise to the Petaurum Solutions team from both the public and private sectors. After consolidating his early career in local government HR, Adam then moved into public sector outsourcing. Here he worked on the first, ground breaking strategic partnership deals in local government, managing the HR bidding, transition and transformation elements of these deals. Adam has far reaching experience in both the large and small-scale TUPE transfer of employees and understands the complexity this brings along with the work required to ensure such transfers are successful. With extensive operational HR experience, Adam has also designed, developed and implemented HR strategies in a range of organisations and sectors. Recently he directed the HR implementation of a major government tendered welfare to work contract which included the closure of 5 nationwide contracts affecting approximately 1,500 employees and the set-up of 5 Prime and 5 Sub-Prime new contracts (total contract value c. £700m).Prior to setting up Petaurum Solutions, Adam has also been the HR Director of an international business based in Australia.

Co-founder and Director of Petaurum solutions, Mark holds a degree in Managing Performance and Change and is a qualified Project Manager. Mark began his HR career with BT, working on a
range of national programmes for the 50,000 strong workforce, during which he led a team of managers in delivering substantial change programmes. Mark also led on both central resource planning and performance initiatives at BT, following this he moved into the public sector outsourcing arena where he designed, planned and implemented a wide range of performance related programmes. Mark has a wide ranging expertise in managing change programmes and has led on TUPE transfers that have seen in excess of 1,000 employees move in and out of organisations. As such, he understands what challenges this type of activity can bring for both the employer and employee.Mark has a broad ranging experience in managing Shared Services; delivering HR advice and guidance to a diverse national workforce, designing and delivering a wide range of continuous process improvements including large scale HR and recruitment system implementations.

An associate of Petaurum Solutions, Matt brings over 15 years of professional expertise to the team from both the public and private sectors. After beginning his career in hospitality and contract catering operations, Matt moved into learning and development, where he designed and delivered a range of learning solutions from customer service to leadership development before studying to qualify as an HR professional and moving onto create and deliver the people plan for a new partnership contract with the MOD in Scotland and later to cover half of the UK managing day to day employment relations issues, leadership recruitment and development, design and delivery of process training to cover employee relations matters and significant experience of TUPE transfer of employees. With many years’ operational HR experience, Matt has also designed, developed and implemented HR strategies in a range of organisations and sectors. Recently he lead the HR implementation of a major government tendered welfare to work contract in the south of the UK which included the closure of 5 contracts affecting approximately 400 employees & the set-up of 2 Prime and 1 Sub-Prime new contracts affecting approximately 700 employees. Matt has most recently led the Communications, Engagement
and Training work stream in the delivery of a new ERP system to deliver a blended learning solution to over 5,000 employees across a large county of England. Prior to joining Petaurum Solutions, Matt was the Head of HR for Corporate Services and International markets working for a large Welfare to Work provider, covering Australia, India and Europe as well as leading the organisation’s leadership development programme.

An associate of Petaurum Solutions, Mary has over 20 years’ knowledge and practice as an HR professional. She has expert knowledge of complex TUPE and has led a number of change management projects. Mary is also a qualified Business Coach and Mediator. Before taking up a career in HR Mary was a Project Manager in international sport. She began her professional life as a teacher.
